In its fourth season of Vanilla Ice Project, Rob van Winkle (aka “Vanilla Ice”) is at it again. This time, a lakefront property in a multi-million dollar community of professional water skiers needed some serious TLC. The bright red exterior and lack of finishing touches just goes to show that money can’t buy you taste.

It was going to be nearly impossible to get someone to pay top dollar on a bright red eyesore with no pool, especially in Palm Beach. Vanilla Ice stepped in with years of South Florida real estate experience to take this property to the next level and to find it the buyer it deserves.

First up – the pool.

With cracked brick pavers lining the entryway, he knew there was no way he was going to make the same mistake with the pool. Travertine was just the thing he needed to make the pool deck impress.
