Builders, contractors, pool builders, landscape professionals, architects, designers and stone resellers can submit a request. Include your company name and project requirements. Our team will review business eligibility before confirming trade terms.
Do I need a 3,000 sq ft order to contact the trade team?
No. Submit your project for review at any size. Container pricing is a separate route for orders over 3,000 sq ft. Product mix, crate weight, availability and delivery requirements determine whether a container is suitable.
Is there a fixed trade discount?
Trade pricing is quoted for each project. The material, quantity, purchase option and delivery location affect the price. The written quote confirms the price and any applicable trade terms.
Can I arrange my own carrier?
Yes. Tell our team when you request pricing. We will review collection arrangements and loading requirements with you. Any Travertine Mart delivery services included in your quote are listed separately.
Are samples free for trade customers?
Samples are free. Shipping is $6.99 per piece. Sample shipping is fully refundable up to $50 with a qualifying order of 500 sq ft or more, under the sample refund policy.
Does a trade pricing request commit me to an order?
No. Your request is non-binding, and no credit card is needed. Review the material, delivery details and written terms before you accept an order.
What business verification is needed for container pricing?
A copy of your business license is required for container pricing. Submit the pricing request first. Our team will explain how to provide the verification documents.
