What goes into the material budget?

Choose a product before comparing prices. Size, thickness, finish, purchase option and quantity belong with the price. Check the unit shown on the product page: square feet describe paver coverage, while linear feet describe pool-edge length.

For a starting point, compare French Pattern Ivory Swirl® pavers and Tumbled French Pattern Silver pavers. Open each product for current prices and purchase options. These are material choices, not prices for the photographed project.

Measure the deck area and ask your installer for the extra quantity needed for cuts and the layout. If you need a finished pool edge, list the coping separately with its dimensions and required quantity.

Material cost is one part of the total

A paver price does not establish an installed pool deck price. Ask your installer to quote preparation, base, drainage, installation and any site-specific work. Keep those items separate from the stone budget.
